THE VILLAGE

Rogart is a wonderful little village situated in a beautiful valley on the River Fleet. It has a population of around 400 people spread over a large crofting parish. It's just four miles off the main A9, and is easily accessible by both road and rail.
You can see Rowallan highlighted in the photograph above, which was taken from the lovely forestry paths that zig zag up the Drianach, the hill that overlooks the village from the south.

The Shop
(400 metres away)
Sandy's local Spar has everything you might need - and it's also a Post Office!

The Inn
(400 metres away)
The Pittentrail Inn has an excellent lunch and evening menu, as well as a public bar. There's a play park right behind the Inn too!
The Inn is temporarily closed at the moment, but there are many other lovely places to eat in the surrounding villages!

The Park

As well as the play park behind the Inn, Corrie Meadow has a swing park for the children (and adults!) as well as a football pitch for kickabouts.
