Outside
We have a fully enclosed garden that runs from a small grassy area at the front of the house, right up to a large sun-filled expanse of lawn (and some cheery borders!) at the back. We have cleared a shed for you to use should you so wish - it's lockable, so perfect storage for any bikes or fishing equipment you might want to take with you. The shed also contains garden furniture and a parasol which you are more than welcome to use should you so wish!
The Back Garden
The back garden is a fabulous sun trap. It's fully enclosed (although we can't promise that enterprising dogs or children couldn't escape!) with two large grassy areas. There's a lovely paved area to the back with a picnic bench that seats eight if you fancy some alfresco dining.
The Front Garden
The front garden has two smaller grassy areas surrounded by hedging. It is also enclosed, with a path up the side of the house to link it to the back garden.
Parking
You can be sure that you won't have any shortage of parking space at Rowallan. You can comfortably park up to six vehicles, and more if you're happy to shuffle around to get cars in and out!
